The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought and the maximum age for admission shall be 35 years.
The minimum educational requirements shall be 10 + 2 in Arts (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, and Philosophy) and English Core/English Elective or Science or Health care Science - Vocational stream ONLY passing out from recognized Board.
Student shall be medically fit.
Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination conducted by National Institute of Open School.
Student shall be admitted once in a year.
G. N. M. Nursing
General Nursing & Midwifery
Minimum education eligibility criteria for admission to GNM
10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually from any recognized board. Candidates are also eligible from state open school recognized by state government and national institute of open school (NIOS) recognized by central government. However science is preferable.
10+2 with English having 40% of marks in vocational stream- health care science from a recognized CBSE board/ state/ centre.
Admission of students shall be once in a year.
Students shall be medically fit.
Minimum age for admission will be 17 years (as on 31st December of that year) The upper age limit is 35 years for (GNM) there is no age bar.
Nursing
B.Sc. Nursing
Minimum education
A candidate should have passed in the subjects of PCB and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks taken together in PCB at the qualifying examination (10+2)
Candidates are also eligible from state open school recognized by state government and national institute of open school (NIOS) Recognized by central government having science subject and English only.
English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for being eligible for admission to B.Sc (N).
Candidate shall be medically fit.
Candidate shall be admitted once in a year.
